1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom-made and engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Personalized/customized jewelry.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange request.

  2. Our team will review and provide further instructions.
  3. Send the product to our return address (customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective).
